Our factory supports OEM and ODM production. When accepting the entrustment, we have the following precautions:
1. For OEM production, the entrusting party shall provide corresponding drawings, designs, styles, parameters, and other detailed data.
2. For ODM production, the factory will design products by itself according to some general ideas and requirements of the entrusting party, and the entrusting party shall not interfere with product design too much.
3. After the design and production of ODM products are completed, the entrusting party can choose to buy out the copyright or not.
4. When the entrusting party chooses not to buy out the copyright, the factory has the right to produce the brand products by itself.
5. The above general provisions are for reference only, and the detailed requirements can be discussed separately when signing the contract.
